Establishes a mathematical model of heat transfer in water tanks, and verifies the accuracy of the model by experiments. Based on an optimized water tank model, simulates the influences of the parameters such as the distance between the upper spiral tube and the top surface of water tank, the distance between the lower spiral tube and the bottom of water tank, the ratio of the bending diameter of spiral tube to the diameter of water tank, the pitch of spiral tube, the ratio of the height to diameter of water tank and the inlet velocity on the heat transfer effect of the water tank. Obtains the fitting relationship between the Nu of the outside of spiral tube and the various factors by regression analysis. The results show that the ratio of the bending diameter of spiral tube to the diameter of water tank, the pitch of spiral tube and the inlet velocity greatly influence the Nu of the outside of spiral tube.
